To Whom It May Concern, I worked closely with Sarah Chauncey for 7 years at Technical Traffic developing Access, Web & SQL based applications in an AS400/PC environment. Together we designed PC based applications for the logistics department, developing and upgrading applications for client product costing, less-than-truck load and truckload pricing, modeling for contract negotiations, international rating for ocean and air service providers, and warehouse location models. Based on client requirements, she designed and developed an application for the entry and reporting of international data for several clients, which now forms the base for international data reporting on the AS400. From the sites beginning in 1998, Sarah was instrumental in developing Technical Traffic's Internet site, adding a freight management system, freight bill image viewing, client ad-hoc reporting and other important features for and requested by our clients. Along with her skills in ASP, SQL and mainframe languages, Sarah is a complete Access developer, able to develop applications in the short lead time often required in the consulting environment. She seeks to understand user requirements and works closely with management to develop applications which exhibit excellent user interfaces. Sarah was always available to modify applications as necessary to meet changing requirements of clients and users. Sarah is a resource for an organization and it has been my pleasure to have worked with her on logistics projects. She has been a contributor to increased productivity and client satisfaction. Having worked with many database and application developers, I do not state lightly that Sarah is the best developer I have ever worked with. Sarah constantly updates her skill set and has been helpful to me in extending my technical knowledge base. She will be a major asset for any organization which is insightful enough to employ her.
