I added the wire mesh baskets \u00a0that hang off the sides via magnets. \u00a0My iPad sits on the top shelf of the cart \u00a0and an extra wooden bookshelf adds one more level for my notebook computer. \u00a0When I sit at my desk, all of my digital and print resources are at my fingertips.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.frictionlesslearning.org\/?attachment_id=313\" rel=\"attachment wp-att-313\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-313\" src=\"http:\/\/www.frictionlesslearning.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/06\/FrictionlessOfficeSpace.jpg\" alt=\"FrictionlessOfficeSpace\" width=\"760\" height=\"570\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>My library behind me and yoga mat on the floor reminding me to take a break every 20 minutes to do my<a href=\"http:\/\/neilarey.com\/workout-cards.html\"> mini-workouts<\/a>. \u00a0As I&#8217;ve tinkered with the layout and tools in my space, I&#8217;ve become more efficient, focused, and balanced.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.frictionlesslearning.org\/?attachment_id=315\" rel=\"attachment wp-att-315\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-315\" src=\"http:\/\/www.frictionlesslearning.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/06\/FrictionlessOfficeSpace2.jpg\" alt=\"FrictionlessOfficeSpace2\" width=\"760\" height=\"570\" \/><\/a>Over the past few weeks, I&#8217;ve been de-cluttering and printing less paper. By combining <a href=\"http:\/\/evernote.com\/premium\/\">Evernote Premium<\/a>, Google Drive, and Google Sites, I can manage projects without paper &#8212; backing up to my local drive and emailing copies of documents to myself. My goal for the next few weeks is to work through a stack of articles I&#8217;m still not ready to toss &#8211; have to make sure I have the digital copies.<\/p>\n<p>The next challenge &#8211; eBooks instead of paper (thinking green and running out of shelf space).
